Overview
Fē̌ler Sá̄cē Kēä was founded durring the late 15th century in spring of the year 1395, by Phaeta Tshêthèdo Shêyepí Trg̈nkê Giant Bees Spitting Eurypterids. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Phaeta Tshêthèdo Shêyepí Trg̈nkê Giant Bees Spitting Eurypterids.
Fē̌ler Sá̄cē Kēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fē̌ler Sá̄cē Kēä is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Fē̌ler Sá̄cē Kēä is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of broad split-log ties streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The town's cost-cutting-focused defences are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
A look around Fē̌ler Sá̄cē Kēä gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable. A second look around Fē̌ler Sá̄cē Kēä makes it abundantly clear the town suffered something horrible some time ago. It's as if the town itself is depressed. Smiles are few, cheer is nowhere to be had.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Fē̌ler Sá̄cē Kēä was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Fē̌ler Sá̄cē Kēä lost 142 people, 116 livestock, and 96 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 31, when members of Fē̌ler Sá̄cē Kēä's militia enacted an operation to transport a specific warchest to a particular mine unharmed. The operation was complicated by extremely hostile wildlife which took many out of action. The conflict ended with a last stand against the enemy until a particular event occurred, which ended in a stalemate for Fē̌ler Sá̄cē Kēä's forces.
